15 Years Community Quest

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE 15 YEARS COMMUNITY QUEST AND/OR REGISTERING FOR THE INDIVIDUAL QUEST (the “Promotion”), YOU (the “Participant”) AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the “Promotion T&Cs”), IN ADDITION TO MINICLIP’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY (together, the “Terms”).

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE PROMOTION AND FORFEITURE OF ANY REWARD OR PRIZE.

The Promotion is operated by Miniclip SA, a société anonyme incorporated under the laws of Switzerland, with registration number CHE-114.873.785, and registered address at Rue des Beaux-Arts 8, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland (“Miniclip”).

This Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

By selecting “Join the Leaderboard”, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements, agree to the Terms, and wish to join the Individual Quest.

1. OVERVIEW. This Promotion is a limited-time in-game event comprising two (2) separate participation features: 

(i) Community Quest. During the Quest Period, all players participating in Tournament with Friends matches may contribute towards the global Community Quest objective by potting balls in eligible matches. Participants who pot at least one (1) ball during the Quest period will be eligible to receive a free in-game ‘Animated Box’ (the “Community Reward”). The Community Reward available to Participants will depend on the total number of balls potted collectively by all players during the Quest Period. For every 200,000 balls potted in Tournament with Friends matches, 5 Cue Pieces will be added to the Animated Box. The Community Reward will be awarded in-game. No registration is required.

(ii) Individual Quest. Participants may optionally register (opt in) via the web registration process to be included in the bonus prize leaderboard (the “Bonus Prize Leaderboard”). Individual Quest entry is optional and does not affect participation in the Community Quest or eligibility for the Community Reward. Only registered Participants will be eligible to appear on the Bonus Prize Leaderboard and be considered for any leaderboard prize described in clause 5 (the “Bonus Prize”), subject to eligibility requirements, fair play requirements, and other provisions set out in these Promotion T&Cs.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Individual Quest eligibility is strictly restricted to Participants aged 18 years or over (or such higher age as required by applicable local law). Miniclip may exclude certain territories or Participants where required by law or regulatory requirements.

3. COMMUNITY QUEST (ALL PLAYERS). The Community Quest runs from Thursday 18 June 2026 at 10:00 UTC to Tuesday 30 June 2026 at 23:59 UTC (the “Quest Period”). 

• Participation: No registration is required. All players may participate by potting balls in Tournament with Friends matches. 
• Eligibility for Community Reward: Eligible Participants who pot at least one (1) ball in Tournaments with Friends matches between Thursday 18 June 2026 at 10:00 UTC and Tuesday 30 June 2026 at 23:59 UTC

• Community Reward Availability: The Community Reward may be claimed in-game between Wednesday 1 July 2026 after 13:00 UTC and Wednesday 8 July 2026 at 09:50 UTC.

4. INDIVIDUAL QUEST (OPT IN FEATURE). Participants may register for the Individual Quest by completing the registration form available at https://8ballpool.com/quest before Tuesday 30 June, 23:59 UTC

• Registration: Registration for the Individual Quest is optional and does not affect participation in the Community Quest or eligibility for the Community Reward.

• Public Display: By registering, Participants expressly agree that Miniclip may display their in-game username ("In-Game Name"), unique player identifier (“Unique ID”), ranking and total number of balls potted (“Total Balls Potted”) during the Quest Period on the Bonus Prize Leaderboard on the associated webpage. Bonus Prize Leaderboard information will be publicly visible for the Quest Period and may remain available ninety (90) days thereafter for transparency, verification, and winner announcement purposes. 

• Leaderboard Operation: Only Participants who expressly opt in will be included in the Individual Quest. The Bonus Prize Leaderboard may be updated in real time or daily at Miniclip’s discretion. 

• Individual Score: Upon Registration for the Individual Quest, all balls potted in Tournament with Friends matches by the registered Participant during the Quest Period will be included in their Individual Quest ranking.

5. BONUS PRIZES.

• Bonus Prize Winners: The one hundred (100) registered Participants with the highest total number of balls potted during the Quest Period (the “Bonus Prize Winners”) will receive a free in-game Premium Pool Pass (the “Bonus Prize”) for the next 8 Ball Pool Season starting Wednesday July 8 2026, subject to verification and compliance with these Promotion T&Cs. 
• Prize Availability: The Premium Pool Pass will be awarded in-game on Wednesday 8 July 2026 from 10:00 UTC until Wednesday 29 July 2026 at 09:50 UTC. 
• Tie Breakers: In the event of a tie in the Individual Quest, rankings shall be determined in the following order: (i) highest number of balls potted; and, if required (ii) the Participant who played the most Tournament with Friends matches during the Quest Period.

• Prize Conditions: Bonus Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. Miniclip reserves the right to substitute a Bonus Prize with an item of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary. All Bonus Prizes are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn where required due to operational, legal or technical reasons.

6. FAIR PLAY. Miniclip reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and remove them from the Promotion, the Community Quest and/or the Individual Quest where, in Miniclip’s reasonable opinion, the Participant has:

 (i) used cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorised third-party software; 

(ii) used multiple accounts or engaged in fraudulent activity; 

(iii) attempted to manipulate the Promotion, the Community Quest, or the Individual Quest; or

(iv) otherwise breached the game rules, Miniclip Terms and Conditions, or these Promotion T&Cs.

7. DATA AND PUBLICITY. By registering for the Individual Quest, Participants acknowledge and agree that Miniclip may process and publicly display their in-game username, Unique ID, score, and rank for the purposes of administering the Promotion and operating the Individual Quest. This information will be displayed on the Promotion web page. 

• Publication: From Friday 19 June 2026 after 12:00 UTC, the Bonus Prize Leaderboard will be published on the Promotion web page and updated periodically during the Quest Period. 
• Bonus Prize Winners: The top one hundred (100) registered Participants will be displayed on the Promotion web page for administration of the Promotion. 
• Retention Period: Final Individual Quest results will be published on Wednesday 1 July 2026 after 10:00 UTC and may remain available for ninety (90) days thereafter for transparency, verification, and winner announcement purposes. 
• Privacy: All personal data will be processed in accordance with Miniclip's Privacy Policy.

Participants who do not wish for their Bonus Prize Leaderboard information to be displayed publicly should not register for the Individual Quest.

8. DISCLAIMER. The Promotion, Community Reward, Bonus Prizes and all related services are provided on an "as is" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miniclip makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Promotion, the Community Reward, any Bonus Prize, or participation in the Promotion.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Apple, or Google.

9. LIABILITY.  Nothing in these Promotion T&Cs excludes or limits Miniclip's liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury caused by Miniclip's negligence; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Miniclip shall not be responsible for any technical failures, errors, interruption of service, unauthorised intervention, or inaccuracies in Promotion data.

Nothing in these Promotion T&Cs shall exclude or limit any Participant's statutory rights.

10. OPERATION. Miniclip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant and void any entry, ranking, Community Reward or Bonus Prize where it reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive or unfair conduct.

Miniclip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Where reasonably possible, Miniclip will notify players of material changes to the Promotion.

Miniclip’s decisions regarding the Promotion, including eligibility, rankings, Community Rewards and Bonus Prizes, shall be final.

11. FORCE MAJEURE. Miniclip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Promotion T&Cs where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, technical malfunctions, system errors, acts of government, natural disasters, labour disputes, loss or corruption of data or inability to access services. 

12. GOVERNING LAW. These Promotion T&Cs and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. GENERAL. If any provision of these Promotion T&Cs is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Miniclip's failure to enforce any provision of these Promotion T&Cs shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

These Promotion T&Cs are in addition to, and should be read together with, Miniclip's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
