VALOROUS LEGENDS LEADERBOARD 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

BY REGISTERING FOR THE VALOUROUS LEGENDS LEADERBOARD (the “Promotion”), YOU (the “Participant”) AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the “Promotion T&Cs”), IN ADDITION TO MINICLIP’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY (together, the “Terms”). 

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE PROMOTION AND FORFEITURE OF ANY REWARD OR PRIZES.

The Promotion is operated by Miniclip SA, a société anonyme incorporated under the laws of Switzerland, with registration number CHE-114.873.785, and registered address at Rue des Beaux-Arts 8, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland (“Miniclip”).

This Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

By selecting “Join the Leaderboard”, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements, agree to the Terms, and wish to join the Valorous Legends Leaderboard.

1. OVERVIEW. This Promotion is a limited-time in-game and website event whereby players may optionally register (opt in) via the web registration process to participate in the Valorous Legends leaderboard (the “Valorous Legends Leaderboard”). Leaderboard entry is optional. Only registered Participants will be eligible to appear on the Valorous Legends Leaderboard and be considered for Legendary Box leaderboard prizes described in clause 4 (the “Bonus Prizes”), subject to eligibility requirements, fair play requirements, and other provisions set out in these Promotion T&Cs.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Valorous Legends Leaderboard eligibility is strictly restricted to Participants aged 18 years or over (or such higher age as required by applicable local law). Miniclip may exclude certain territories or Participants where required by law or regulatory requirements.

3. VALOROUS LEGENDS LEADERBOARD (OPT IN FEATURE). Participants may register for the Valorous Legends Leaderboard by completing the registration form available at https://8ballpool.com/news/valorous-legends-leaderboard before Tuesday 25th August, 22:59 UTC (the “Leaderboard Period”).

Registration: Registration for the Valorous Legends Leaderboard is optional.Public Display: By registering, Participants expressly agree that Miniclip may display their in-game username ("In-Game Name"), unique player identifier (“Unique ID”), ranking and total number of Valorous Rings won (“Valorous Rings”) during the Leaderboard Period on the Valorous Legends Leaderboard on the associated webpage. Leaderboard information will be publicly visible for the Valorous Legends Leaderboard Period and may remain available ninety (90) days thereafter for transparency, verification, and winner announcement purposes.

Leaderboard Operation: Only Participants who expressly opt in will be included in the Valorous Legends Leaderboard. The Leaderboard may be updated in real time or daily at Miniclip’s discretion.

Scores: upon Registration for the Valorous Legends Leaderboard, all Valorous Rings won during the Valorous Legends Leaderboard Period will be included in their individual Leaderboard ranking.

4. BONUS PRIZES. Bonus Prize Winners: The fifty (50) top-ranked registered Participants with the highest number of Valorous Rings won during the Valorous Legends Leaderboard Period will be published on the Valorous Legends Leaderboard. The twenty (20) top-ranked registered Participants with the highest number of Valorous Rings won during the Valorous Legends Leaderboard Period (the “Bonus Prize Winners”) between Sunday 23rd August , 10:00 UTC and Tuesday 25th August , 22:59 UTC will receive up to ten (10) free Legendary Boxes (“Bonus Prizes”) from Wednesday 26th August , 10:15 UTC, subject to verification and compliance with these Promotion T&Cs.

Prize Availability: The Bonus Prizes will be awarded to the Bonus Prize Winners in-game from Wednesday 26th August , 10:15 UTC.

Tie Breakers: In the event of a tie in the Valorous Legends Leaderboard, rankings shall be determined in the following order: (i) highest number of Valorous Rings won during the Valorous Legends Leaderboard Period; and, if required (ii) the Participant who played the most Valorous Table matches during the Valorous Legends Leaderboard Period.

Prize Conditions: Bonus Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. Miniclip reserves the right to substitute Bonus Prizes with items of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary. All Bonus Prizes are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn where required due to operational, legal or technical reasons.

5. FAIR PLAY. Miniclip reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and remove them from the Promotion, and/or the Valorous Legends Leaderboard where, in Miniclip’s reasonable opinion, the Participant has:

(i)  used cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorised third-party software;

(ii) used multiple accounts or engaged in fraudulent activity;

(iii)   attempted to manipulate the Promotion, the Valorous Legends Leaderboard; or

(iv) otherwise breached the game rules, Miniclip Terms and Conditions, or these Promotion T&Cs.

6. DATA AND PUBLICITY. By registering for the Valorous Legends Leaderboard, Participants acknowledge and agree that Miniclip may process and publicly display their in-game username, Unique ID, score, and rank for the purposes of administering the Promotion and operating the Valorous Legends Leaderboard. This information will be displayed on the Promotion web page. 

 Publication: From Monday 24th August , 14:00 UTC, the Valorous Legends Leaderboard will be published on the Promotion web page and updated periodically until Wednesday 26th August, 10:15 UTC during the Valorous Legends Leaderboard Period. 

Bonus Prize Winners: Of the fifty (50) participants displayed on the Valorous Legends Leaderboard, only the top twenty (20) players will receive Bonus Prizes as outlined in clause 4 above.

Retention Period: Final Valorous Legends Leaderboard results will be published from Wednesday 26th August, 10:15 UTC and may remain available for ninety (90) days thereafter for transparency, verification, and winner announcement purposes.

Privacy: All personal data will be processed in accordance with Miniclip's Privacy Policy.

Participants who do not wish for their gameplay information to be displayed publicly should not register for the Valorous Legends Leaderboard.

7. DISCLAIMER. The Promotion, Valorous Legend Leaderboard, Bonus Prizes and all related services are provided on an "as is" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miniclip makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Promotion, the Valorous Legends Leaderboard, Bonus Prizes, or participation in the Promotion.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Apple, or Google.

8. LIABILITY.  Nothing in these Promotion T&Cs excludes or limits Miniclip's liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury caused by Miniclip's negligence; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Miniclip shall not be responsible for any technical failures, errors, interruption of service, unauthorised intervention, or inaccuracies in Promotion data. 

Nothing in these Promotion T&Cs shall exclude or limit any Participant's statutory rights.

9. OPERATION. Miniclip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant and void any entry, ranking or Valorous Legends Leaderboard Bonus Prizes where it reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive or unfair conduct.

Miniclip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Where reasonably possible, Miniclip will notify players of material changes to the Promotion.

Miniclip’s decisions regarding the Promotion, including eligibility, rankings or Valorous Legends Bonus Prizes, shall be final.

10. FORCE MAJEURE. Miniclip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Promotion T&Cs where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, technical malfunctions, system errors, acts of government, natural disasters, labour disputes, loss or corruption of data or inability to access services. 

11. GOVERNING LAW. These Promotion T&Cs and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. GENERAL. If any provision of these Promotion T&Cs is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Miniclip's failure to enforce any provision of these Promotion T&Cs shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

These Promotion T&Cs are in addition to, and should be read together with, Miniclip's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
